• Merchandise must be returned in resalable condition with all materials that the item came with.
• If your purchase is found to be defective or damaged within 3 days of arrival, please e-mail or call us and let us know so that we can take care of it.
• For custom orders such as business card/company logo crystals, please see your contract or proposal. These are non returnable unless damaged or defective in which case we will replace or fix the piece at our discretion.
• Any damages incurred from packages shipped via UPS will be claimed by us. Packages shipped by USPS will need to be claimed by the receiver. Damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving merchandise. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.
• All returns will be sent to us at the senders expense. 3D crystal creation cannot incur shipping charges for returned packages.
